What was the highlight of Plumeria Eco-Resort
Excellent
Excellent location if you are looking for a retreat, beautiful beach and shallow waters. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, made our stay really pleasant. We had originally planned to stay one night but ended up staying two nights as we didn't want to leave! The food was generous and delicious. Highly recommend this place.
Getting from Teneguiban to Plumeria the transportation was difficult to arrange when the pre-arranged pick up from Plumeria failed.

What was the highlight of Plumeria Eco-Resort
One word: Paradise
We loved everything. The people, the food, the location, the cats, the dogs, the trips, the beach, the showers, the waterless toilets, and yes, even not having a signal for the phone. Especially great was the staff, who I fell in love with immediately. The part of our honeymoon we stayed here was nothing short of paradise. 11/10 would recommend to anyone.
Sadly, we couldn't stay any longer. So we could not partake in all the awesome day trips. Also, we were not able to contribute much to the planned animal shelter.

What was the highlight of Plumeria Eco-Resort
Perfect stay for a night or two
Staff are amazing, so friendly! The beach has fantastic potential, the idea is brilliant however more activities could be included like yoga classes or bamboo building masterclasses or Filipino cooking class etc.
Not set up for vegetarians or vegans - we need legumes and tofu etc so after 6 days of vegetable/fruit broth it can take its toll. Dogs suffered from malnutrition which makes me sad, especially when staff only choose to feed two of the dogs and the rest are starving. One puppy looked extremely ill which is horrible to see, fleas are also a problem however, choosing not to do anything because it’s a constant battle isn’t good enough - they are fabulous guard dogs so they don’t mix with hundreds of dogs. Flee treatment would work eventually.

Location is very remote.
Location is very remote. Without cellphone coverage or internet. Perfect location for escaping from outside stress. The food is great but not much choice.
The text booking.com suggests a villa with restaurant(s) and does not completely match the situation of the very basic facilities.
